TukTuk's Shipping Policy
DISPATCH TIMEFRAME
We will make every effort to dispatch your order within three days of receiving it. During busy periods like Christmas and special promotions, it might take us one to two business days longer to process all incoming orders.
We will email you a notification when we dispatch your order advising you of the Australia Post tracking details. You can use the tracking code to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If your parcel has not arrived within ten business days of placing your order, please email us at customercare@tuktukclothing.com.au advising your order number and date.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We want to keep it fair and promise you that we have not built in an additional margin to cover shipping into the price advertised for each garment or merchandise on our website.

Express shipping within Australia: AIU $15
Standard shipping charges outside of Australia:
New Zealand AU$ 25
Anywhere else in the world: AU$ 50 (some exclusions apply).

Any duties and taxes imposed are strictly your, the purchaser's responsibility, not TukTuk Clothing. TukTuk will not reimburse any charges or duties incurred. Orders in Australian dollars may incur GST, taxes, customs charges and/or duties (as noted on your invoice). For more information on fees that your order may attract upon entry into your country, please contact the relevant government/customs authority in your country or state.
